Questions, answered

How fast will it ship?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days. Shipping is free and already included in the price, and you'll get a tracking link by email.

What size pet does it fit?

The pouch is made for small pets, like toy and small dog breeds, puppies and cats. Always keep one hand under your pet while they're inside.

Which size should I order?

It runs roomy and oversized. A buyer at 162 cm, 50 kg (5'4", 110 lb) wears M with a relaxed, roomy fit. A buyer at 170 cm, 78 kg (5'7", 172 lb) found M fairly snug and L comfortably roomy. Take your usual size, or size up if you're between sizes or want more room.

Does it work for cats?

Yes. Calm cats and kittens love it. Some cats like to roam, so let them sniff the pouch first and start with short cuddle sessions.

Can I return or exchange it?

All sales are final, so please check the size chart before ordering. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, reply to your order confirmation email within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll sort it out.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold on gentle, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron.
